|The Nobody’s Cats Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes the adoption of Trap Neuter Return (TNR) as the preferred
strategy for humanely stabilizing and reducing free-roaming domestic feline populations in eight south-central Pennsylvania counties (Adams,
Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York). Its strategies include creating a culture of ownership of free-roaming cat
colonies, encouraging owner caretakers to implement benchmarked TNR standards of care, and providing a high volume of spay/neuter surgeries
through a dedicated surgery clinic for free-roaming cats.
